Slow Air valve re and re

Postby SilverDave » Tue Sep 27, 2011 5:09 pm

On this page , there is a wonderful, VERY detailed photo essay on how to do the brake calipers, completely :

http://www.goldwingdocs.com/forum/viewt ... ?f=11&t=44

Does anyone know if there is a similar set of instructional photo pages, anywhere, on any forum, for replacing the " Slow Air Valve " on a GL1200 ??

It looks as if you can almost do it without removing the carb plenum, but apparently not ... Hence my request for a photo instruction set.....

The carbs need to come off. Just order the spring and diafram before you do it. Couple of screws and replace the parts.
Enjoy the ride. They are all good, just some better than others.
