California Carburetor vs Everywhere Else

Postby Warrensocal » Tue Jan 10, 2012 12:48 am

Does anyone know if there is a probelem with putting a carburetor without California emissions control on a bike that is set up for California emission? Also where is the best place to get a carb rebuild kit for an '84 GL1200?

Any input would be appreciated!

I'm not sure here. You just need to check to see if there are any extra vacuum hoses and where they go. I think the main difference is the jetting.
Enjoy the ride. They are all good, just some better than others.
