Vacuum line. Where does it go?

Postby harkgold » Sat Feb 04, 2012 9:06 pm

Just finished rebuilding my carbs for my '84 GL1200 Interstate. I failed to tag and mark one section of vacuum hose and I can't for the life of me remember where this vacuum hose goes.

The only vacuum connector that has nothing connected to it is located on the back side of the intake pipe for carb #4. It's a short brass colored tube about 3/16" diameter and a 1/2" long.

If my memory serves me correctly a vacuum line connects to this tube and runs to a 3-way vacuum "T" connector up near the ignition control module, but I'm not positive about this.

Am I right about this...or no?

Thanks,

Harkgold
