add amp to radio

does anyone know if you can hook a small amp to exiting stock radio if so what is the process thanks

To get at line-level audio to feed an amplifier, you'd have to open the radio. The easiest way would be to put a speaker-to-line-level adapter on the speaker outputs (hook it into the speakers, or the wire feeding the speakers) and drive the amp from that.

Many new external amplifiers have both line level AND speaker level inputs on them... just check the specs out before you buy one...
