Self cancel signal module location

Hello, does anyone have an idea where the self cancel module may be on a 1993 GL1500A? Thank you.

The control unit is actually inside the steering stem. It's not just the angle sensor. The bottom of the control unit is the angle sensor that connects to the bottom of the stem to measure the steering angle, but the rest of the control unit is mounted to the angle sensor, and is located inside the steering stem.

The turn signal canceling unit is accessed from the bottom of the steering stem, above the front fender. The wire connecting to it goes through the steering stem to the top. You will have to feed it some slack from above to be able to lower the unit and disconnect the connector and remove it. A new one is about $200 from Honda.
