Look in the How To DIY section. There's a really good post about replacing dash lights with LED's that will have the information you need.

1. remove trim from mirror mounts, remove 3 screws that hold each mirror on, remove windscreen adjust locking levers, loosen big philips screw holding the flat spring on and rotate springs to where they are not on top of the dash piece.
2. remove both philips screws holding the grill, and the chrome windscreen trim in place, remove these items.
3. remove the 5 philips screws holding the windscreen in place.
4. remove the philips screws (1 each) holding the headlight adjust and hot air flap knobs, remove knobs, remove the 22mm plastic nuts and both washers from both sides.
5. using a couple of offset picks, release the snaps holding the vents in place under the speakers and remove the vents.
6. using the same picks, pry up the plastic dash to clear the mounting studs that are right where the mirrors had been bolted in place.
7. the speakers are now in the open.
8. reverse instructions to reinstall.

Keep the rubber side down.
