Where is it?

Post by bubbzy93 » Wed Aug 01, 2012 7:24 am

Reading the manual for my 93 Aspy it explains that under the left (front) pocket (one has to remove the pocket for access) there is an auxiliary input jack that has a plastic tie holding it to the wire harness. 2 questions, would it work to use this to plug it in to a gps, or ipod? Instead of buying the piece of wiring harness for $60 AND where is this thing? I can't see it on my bike, I looked for it when I had the pocket out to wire in an auxiliary power plug. My bike is a Canadian Edition, if that makes any difference. Any thoughts?

When in doubt, floor it and get the he'll outa there

Only the Interstate model had the input Jack as they didn't come with a tape deck in the radio.
Aspencades and the SE models don't have the Jack.
There is a tutorial in the how to section to add a mp3 jack to these radios.
