Did they ever work?

It's odd that both would fail at the same time - was any work done where they might have been disconnected and not reconnected?

I put rear speakers on my 95 a few months ago. My fader connected to the rear speakers via a wiring harness connector under the left side of the tank shelter. The speakers connected to a connector in the wiring harness under the seat. I would suspect one of these is the culprit. Since the seat is easier to remove, I'd start there.

I just got a 1995 Aspencade. I am not getting any sound from the rear speakers and I can not locate a fader control button. The front speakers work fine. Is this located some where else and not by the other radio/cassette controls? Any suggestions would be most welcomed.
Thank you

I've seen some as a knob on the side of the left handlebar controls and others (Aftermarket) mounted on the center console that surrounds the key switch. other locations are possible.

I have a '95 Aspencade. They did not come with rear speakers, only the SE. This info is from the shop manual.

If you have a cb on this bike, then look on the left side of the controls, which should be near your left thumb as you hold the handlebars

I had the same problem on my 02 wing, i found that the wires were cut on the right side up in the corner where the trunk hinges are, it was very hard to see as the jacket was not cut thru, heat shrink and solder and you could be back in business. Good luck.
