Can some one tell me if you can unscrew the CB antenna, like u can the radio antenna? Also can some one tell me if you can just replace 1 latch in the trunk, or do you have to buy the whole assembly ? Thanks much!!!!!!

I'm not sure what you mean by unscrewing the antenna. And the latch in the trunk is available seperately. They are about six bucks each. http://cyclemax.com/oem_parts

Thanks for the info on the trunk.!! As far as the antenna, the one on the right side half way up you can un screw it and take it off. Right were that piece that gets a little bigger. The left side looks the same but it just turns and turns. Thanks

OEM find your year then the model then under trunk box. I believe its number 46 & 47. You can call them. If I remember when I get home tonight I can find the part numbers. I replaced mine not too long ago.

You'll see it for your bike here: http://partsfinder.onlinemicrofiche.com ... A=279&B=76

The levers are 48, the latch mechanism is 44, the lock mechanism is 45.

All of the Honda fiches on any site are going to be exactly the same, unfortunately, that's how they come from Honda.

So yes, the catch mechanism is 42.

As for the CB antenna, if it is turning, it is broken, the CB ant. does not come apart by unscrewing it..it comes apart by removing the drift pin...if it is turning there is a good possibility that it is no longer electrically connected...there is a small drift pin at the hinge point hope this helps..
