Have you ever heard of a gl1500 version with the ABS system ?

Not that came from the factory, no. The only aftermarket ABS I have ever heard of is Saferide ABS. But it's not real ABS (no electronics).

A friend of mine is going to buy an used GL 1500 2000, and the dealer is considering the Factory ABS on the Bike as a super plus to justify the high price.
I have never heard of a factory ABS on the european models and even on the USA models , but may be I'm wrong, and before statring to fight with the dealer is better try to investigate a little more.
My opinion is that the dealer confuses the Honda brake system ( front rotor with front lever and front and rear rotors with the rear brake pedal) with the ABS .

First year for ABS on any Goldwing was 2006 model.

There's no factory ABS on any year GL1500 sold anywhere.
