Well if you have checked the coils and all are good then the next item that would cause a no spark is the ECM. You can find a used on on Ebay.

Before you purchase a ECM,you might want to read through this post....viewtopic.php?f=6&t=19872
My point is to absolutely confirm what is bad...so you don't throw parts at it and hope for the best..
They is a way to confirm if it's a coil, wiring problem or ECM problem...Swap wires...check spark(all plug wires off the engine and on spare plugs)

With a little work, you could determine which pair of plugs don't have spark...locate the color code of it's coil....Unplug the ECM conductor plug and swap that wire with another....plug it back in and test crank it....If it follows the wire, the ECM is confirmed bad..If the same ignition wires don't have spark...It's the coil(or wiring)....Test with ALL the plug wires off..You DO NOT want the engine to start...

I wished I would have seen this post earlier for whatever help it would have been! Cmose did you replace ECM and did that work? I have been working on this same issue all day. Changed coils and coil harness still no fire. Is it 3and4 cylinders not firing?
My question was kinda answered. Is the igniter the only thing left that would kill only the middle coil? Or could there be another switch, connecter, etc.... Don't wanna by the CdI till I'm sure it's the last resort.
And thanks Virgil for your help today :D
