INTERCOM

Postby hap2 » Sat Oct 27, 2012 9:47 am

I've got a full face helmut (with full face "flip up & down" visor) as well as an open face (with snap on 1/2 visor) for passenger. I'd like to know what the best kind (& excellent quality) intercom headsets to get for these helmuts.

I'd like to keep the price down, but also quality is important as well. (I want the talking to be crystal clear without any interferance)

Can some one suggest a brand name & model #?

Oh yes, on the right side of this page, it says I have a 1200. I now have a 1500SE. How do I change thta from 1200 to 1500SE?

Thank you

Thank you. The only thing is, I have a full face helmut like this

as well as an open face helmut like yours.

Gotta try to find a head set that fits so that I can still put the helmut on & it will be comfortable & the mic doesn't ger in the way of the full - face flip up visor. IF u know what I'm trying to say.

It will work. Take the wind sock sock off and it will tuck away nicely.

The windsock is the piece of foam that covers the microphone to cut down on wind noise while riding. You might look at J&M Corparations Model # HS-BCD279-UN-HO. It shows to work with any helmet. It is the one I use in my flip-front helmet.

Go to the user control panel, then pick profile. You will see it close to the bottom. Just edit it and submit.
