I thought this question was asked somewhere else on this forum, and the answer was:
Cyclemax in Ohio
VenncoWings in NewHampshire
BigBikeParts.
The part you are after is, (from VencoWings):

5-601 GL1500 fuel petcock repair kit
Code: Big Bike:5-601
Price: $23.95
Quantity in Basket: none
Len in Kapunda

The world is not going to finish today, as it is already tomorrow in Australia and New Zealand, and other islands of foreign nations such as Guam and Samoa.

You know I have read all these postings, and find I am lucky. I have a1992 Goldwing interstate, i bought a year ago with 26000 miles. I know all is stock and original. Guess I am Lucky. Have little or no problems and is one heck of a ride. Love it. all I can say is don't screw with a good thing. They are good and reliable rides. Don't go overboard with all the new goodies as can make a good product a nitemare. You all have a good ride ans keep the shiny side up.
