fuel pump problem

I replace the fuel pump on my 1996 1500 SE because it was not pumping, after installing the new one still no fuel, could this be the fuel relay or bank angel relay or do i have some other problem that i'am over looking. I need evreyone help on this one. PLEASE HELP

Very first thing...pull one spark plug wire and attach a spare plug...crank the engine..if there is no spark there won't be any power to the fuel pump either.
If there's no spark,look into why(bank angle sensor/kill switch,etc)
If you have spark...the problem is worse...most likely the ignition control module is bad.
It powers the pump directly.
Unhook he pump and measure the volts on the wire.
It should have 12 volts for just a second as soon as the key is turned on and then while cranking.
If it does not,I found a transistor inside the ECM on one that was bad.I replaced it but could not confirm that that fixed the problem( not my bike).

I did hear back but not to confirm the repair.He still is having some other problem.Unknown results
