how do i test to see if the bank angle sensor is good

If your bike starts,the sensor is at least allowing power through it to the ignition system.
It can be removed and tested for stability.
Most of the time the dampening fluid leaks out leaving the angle sensor subject to intermittently killing the ignition when riding over rough bumps.

stop at your honda dealer and have him run the vin to see if your bas has been changed, it should still be under warrenty if it hasn't been changed
