The brake lights on 1996 Goldwing SE will not work. No lights when foot pedal is pressed. There is click when hand brake is pressed but no brake lights. Any solutions.

Hello and welcome to the forum.
Replace fuse #3 and/or swap relay #2 with one of the same rating.

You'll need to get a wiring diagram. Check to see if you have the correct voltages and/or grounds where they should be. Most cases it is a fuse or a bad ground connection that will kill the whole circuit.
