This is quite a simple task to make the lower rear light unit match and work as the lower corner stop/tail lights, giving a full width tail/stop light.
Many have probably done it before, this is how to do it if incandescent lighting is used or preferred.
2 domed nuts secure the centre light from the rear
The loom usually passes through to one of the lower corner tail/stop lights where it plugs into the existing loom.
Unplug the tail light bulb holders
Chop them off and replace them with the same type of stop/tail light bulb holders at the corners
Extend the green wire from the new bulb holders along the loom to the corner brake light green wire
Can add more pics if needed.
