Perhaps I'm asking the wrong questions in search, but I've been unable to identify the rather involved looking attachment point on the right front fork of my 1996 GL1500A where the lower bolt for the brake caliper goes through a sleeve. I'm having a "chunking" feeling when I use the hand brake, and I've noticed that the sleeve, and bolt through the sleeve, have a fair amount of play, causing the caliper to pivot on the upper bolt/bearing.
So, A) what is the mechanism on the front fork, B) is there supposed to be play or should I replace the sleeve, and C) does anyone know what the part number of the sleeve is? I've tried to identify it on the OEM blow ups on several parts pages, and been unsuccessful.
Thanks.

Re: GL1500A Right Front Brake sleeve
There is a post all bout that.Ill dig it up ASAP.
The sleeve is oval shaped to allow some verticle travel, but the caliper should be solid pined to the antidive actuator shaft.
