Position lights

Post by Wingwong » Wed Nov 13, 2013 12:12 am

Greetings :) I just replaced my position lights with whp9-t LEDs, both came on and I thought awsome ! Went for a ride came back and one of the LEDs was off.......... Pulled off the headlight assy swapped LEDs, turned the key on and the one that was operating normal was on the other was not, after about 10sec it came on and stayed on for about 1min then went out.
My question, did I get a bad bulb ?
P.s. zero experience with LEDs

I'd switch the bulbs see if the issue follows the bulb or stays with the socket. Socket = loose connection, bulb = bulb
HAD LOTS OF GOLDWING 75-83

Thanks for the reply, I did switch the bulbs around and the problem goes with the bulb
I'm just trying to understand why the bulb would have an intermittent problem like that.
Thanks again!
