where are the fuses to my fuel pump?

Postby innkeeper49 » Sun May 09, 2010 1:00 pm

I have a 93" Gold Wing GL1500 and I've lost power to my fuel pump. Can anyone give me any advise on where to find the fuses or what to check? So far I've had no luck finding anything..

The main fuses is next to the battery (under the seat, behind the rear right cover) and the fuse box is on the left side under the seat. Take a look at the relay box too.

Relays are behind the left side cover.

I'd have to look at the schematic to be sure, but I think the pump is driven direct from the ECU.I don't remember any fuses or relays in the circuit.
This may be another damaged ECU by the pump itself.

If there is no volts going to the fuel pump while cranking, check to see if there is spark.
No spark...no fuel pump volts.
If there is spark...it is likley the pump has damaged the ECU module.Measure the Bk/Bl pin22 on the ECU for 12 volts while cranking.
Have a read through this 2 page post.It addressed the same problem.viewtopic.php?f=6&t=14339
