Anyone know where the turn signal and hazard flasher relays are located?

Under the tourpac which you'll have to remove to access them.

Yes, inexplicably Honda decided that the perfect place for these often-replaced items is buried underneath the trunk. Once the trunk is removed (which is no small feat), you'll find them:

Turn Signal Flasher
Turn Signal Flasher
Hazard Flasher
Hazard Flasher

You first remove the trunk lower cover (four screws), then work it free from the trunk (careful not to break any tabs). Remove the seat and then the screws fastening the side pockets to the front of the trunk (from inside the trunk). Disconnect all the antenna, ground, brake light, running light and speaker connectors. From inside the saddlebags, disconnect the saddlebag lid opener cables. The trunk can then be unbolted and removed.
