How to change collant 1988 Goldwing 1500
I know where the radiator intake and the check is. I need to know how to drain the coolant. I have heard the drain is down in front by the oil filter, yet I cannot find it. Does the coolant need to be flushed out. I have purchased new coolant from a Motorcycle parts shop. I need pictures if possible. I could not find a thing with video or pictures???? This is a 1988 Honda Goldwing 1500.

Take a picture and post it here. There should be a small bolt on the bottom of the water pump.

After taking a picture of the water pump I can see a small bolt. I was looking for a much larger bolt. Thanks, for help. I will now try to undue the bolt and see it if drains the coolant. Also do I have to drain the plastic

With a cold engine, remove both the rad cap and the cap to the reserve tank before removing the drain bolt on the water pump.
Best to use a new crush washer on the water pump bolt (item #9 on the parts diagram above) when you have finished draining and flushing the coolant
