What probs.would i be looking @ changing my speedo.from KPH to MPH,i guess what i'm trying to ask, is it worth the pain and expense? Do it now or wait for next winter?:)...Thanks for any advice in advance.....

I assume you have a replacement unit already. You can get a fairly good idea of just what's involved here: How to replace your dash lights with LEDs
