in a quandary with my electrics. Hellllp

Hi all.

After lying my wing on her offside (on carpets) I changed my Brake Disk as instructed by my garage after the MOT. During the rebuild of the back end I noticed one brake light was hanging out and the earth wire was hanging loose (this was a problematic holder and I had purchased a new one. So replaced it. Also the rear wiring was terrible so decided to tidy. Now I have no ignition no dash lights or running lights or headlights. Radio and horn work ok and so does all of the auxilarys ... any ideas

Err Found it.... it was a 15amp fuse (Tail) light fuse. Is that normal. No ignition lights No Any lights and the starter would not turn over... All because of a tail light fuse???????

I think they did that so you would know the fuse was blown since you can't see the tail light while riding.

I believe that the Tail fuse is also labeled the Main fuse somewhere in the manual. It controls a lot of stuff.

If I'da known it would last this long,I'da taken better care of it.
