Speakers don't work

Postby Trace Wallace » Tue Apr 29, 2014 2:47 am

Maybe someone can answer a question for me. I have a 98 Aspencade with the AM/FM cassette and a cd player. It has 4 speakers, 2 in front in dash and 2 in back beside seat back rest. The rear speakers won't work. I don't have a fader knob on the switch cluster or the console like I have seen on other bikes. Would the speakers have all been wired direct or would anyone have any suggestions. I have a couple switches I have know clue what they do. They apparently have no effect on the radio.

The speakers are not wired direct - if there are four, there should be a fader (unless it's a Frankenstein aftermarket homebrew job).
