Windbender

Anyone running a Windbender screen on their 1500 ?
They look like a good idea and I would certainly like a screen that's electrically adjustable.
The snag is I reckon, with shipping and import duty, it's going to cost me almost a thousand dollars for the pleasure of owning one. For that much dosh it's going to have to be very very good.

Are there no dealers on that side of the pond?

I used a Windbender windshield on my 91 GL1500 with a Champion Escort sidecar, and really liked it, that being said I have always cut my windshields down so that I can look over them. Also my passenger is always in the sidecar so I can't give you any information on wind buffeting on the back seat. I really liked mine, but don't know if it would be worth as much money as you are talking about. You might want to advertise a wanted ad on here and see if anyone has a used one they might ship you. Good luck with it.

I really don't think ANY windshield is THAT good.
