Rubber Boot

Hi all you all see I need a new tire NO MORE Dunlop going with Bridgestone Exedra G702 Ok the Question is about the Boot going the replace the Boot since my has a small hole you ALL say is better to get Valkyrie boot. Since is all out should I also replace the Oil seal and snap ring and the spring from the drive shaft. thank guys.

You don't have to necessarily tear all that out to replace the boot. In fact, you can replace the boot without even removing the swingarm.

I am new to Goldwings, what is this boot he is asking about, and is it possable to get a picture or two of one, and what is the differance between a "Goldwing boot" and a "Valkrye boot " ?

Uncle Fester is this what the Rubber Boots look like Is at the lower right side next to the battery and the Valkrye boot is bigger than the 1500 goldwing

Yes, it covers the universal joint that allows power to be transmitted along the driveshaft when the swingarm moves up and down.
