What brand of brake pads work best on gl1500? T he one that you guys like the best.

I presently have a set of EBC pads on the front with about 39,000 miles on them. The rear EBC has 21,000. I tried the GANDAL pads on the rear and got almost 19,000. I still like the feel of the EBC but wish someone made ceramic pads for the 1500 to cut down on the brake dust build up.

You really don't want ceramic pads - they would eat up your (extremely expensive) rotors. I'll take cleaning up brake dust occasionally over $500 in brake rotors.

That said, I found that the OEM Honda pads not only last longer than the EBC pads, they produce less dust. I used EBC for years, but my bike now gets only OEM Honda.
