Ya need to dig much further... Does it have the 12 volts making it to it ??? Does the pump run but you are not getting air ??? There is a drying circuit involved as well, is it plugged up... Do you have the shoop manual ??? They are down loadable online...

It runs and you can hear the air distributor activate, but no air. I can hook air up to the external air hose and push air into the system. It will hold for for a while but it beads off.

As far as rebuilding it, I personally have never seen any kind of rebuild kit. As far as cheap replacement, I would recommend E-bay and see what is available. But while you're looking, do some investigating, usually when they stop working, they are locked up. Check your intake for blockage, loose lines, etc.

Good luck

Could be a number of things wrong with it... I would say get a bunch of O-rings (sizes are given in the part description) and open the thing up and clean it all out... I completely rebuilt one a few years back to include replacing the desiccant material... Have a look at the diagrams here and go to town on it...

I can pretty much guarantee the filters 11 and 12 are likely toast and need replacing... The whole thing can be gone through and clean up and with new o-rings likely be fine... Ya might need to clean up the switches on the fairing as well (use a good plastic safe contact cleaner there)...
