has anyone had problems with high rpm under heavy load spark knock in 90 se or later

More information needed. Are you saying you're getting this with the aftermarket trigger wheel? What kind of fuel are you using? At what elevation are you riding the bike when this happens?

with the wheel in. about 800 ft. Mo. has alcohol in all fuel seems like poor fuel.

went back to stock trig wheel runs great when you snap throttle not quiet as quick but no knocking
