air in front forks

What is a good psi. to run in the front forks of my 1997 Aspencade?

OK...understand the zero, but why are there air values on ea. fork, sometimes I think the front bottoms out when I ride over a bump.

basically for customer demand...if you have to add air pressure do not exceed 7psi
