GREAT BIG THANK YOU

as I have,with help from this forum, replaced the timing belts & flushed the coolant system....successfully...on my 1999 1/2 gl1500...the 15 year old belts only had 12000 miles...the bike runs perfect again...so a GREAT BIG THANK YOU to all that replied...H A P P Y H O L I D A Y S

Awesome, great to hear this! I don't know that you'll be getting much riding done this time of year in Oklahoma, but you'll definitely be ready come spring!

here in OKC,if its dry I ride...I rode the other day..for the post timing belt tour..Texas state line then back..

Even with those howling winds? I have been to OKC a number of times, and, yes it is easy riding country, but sometimes, even if it is not wet, there are times when the weather is against you. But enjoy your refurbished ride, there are good days for that sort of thing.

even in the wind...around here..if you let the wind bother you(unless its from a tornado) you wont do anything out doors..
