Cool...a strange problem to solve....while my computer loads the file for the ignition system,do you have a digital volt meter for testing stuff.?

Ok...get out of the Forrest and take a fresh look at a few things...
DVM grounded to the frame.Key on...probe each of these 3 wires in the white plug of the ECM.
Yellow/white...Yellow/blue and Yellow/red....do they have the same voltage.??

Probe the Black/white....crank the bike...does the voltage stay above 12.8 volts.??

With the key off ,measure on the ohms scale,The white plug..yellow/white and on the blue plug..green/black.?it should be between 400-500 ohms...
Same measurement and results should be between white/blue and green/black...
These are the pulse coils.

The measurements are "step one" to determine if there is enough voltage to operate the ignition,if current is getting through each coil equally and if both pulse coils are OK.
Once we find where there are discrepancies,we can go to step 2 on testing that problem.
For example,if one coil volts is different, that wire can be swapped with a good one to see if the coil has a problem or the ECM.
As always, check the green ground to the ECM under the frame bolt for corrosion. That ECM must have a perfect ground.
