where is tip valve located on GL1500SE 1992 Honda Goldwing

I'm not certain about "tip valve" but I hope this is what your referring to...
The Bank Angle Sensor.
It's suppose to kill the ignition and fuel pump if the bike tips on its side...If it's bad,It can shut down the bike when going over a rough bump.

If the sensor is bad there is a factory recall for all 88/93 1500s.
