arent all side covers on right side ( battery ) goldwing 1500 1988 thru 1995 the same

Yes they are the same. The only change (emblems) occurred in 1996.

Ai have a 1995 Aspencade and needed a right hand battery cover. I found one from a another 1500 owner and the cover fit but it was slightly different than my other cover. The one I brought was a 2 tone paint job which I had to sand down and repaint, I don't think you would notice it unless you compared them side by side..

Look close at the cover. In 95 Honda made the side cover so it doesn't bow out as much as 88 - 94 so you have a little more of a straight shot with you leg down to the ground.
