I have clutch chatter wen moter is hot but not over heating

More info needed. Have you serviced the clutch system? Start with bleeding the system. If that doesn't solve the problem clean and rebuild the slave and master cylinder. Clutch system should be serviced on a regular basis just like the brakes.

thank you. Used full synthetic this spring instead of dot 4. I put 6 oz of seafoam in honda synthetic blend oil yest day have not tried it yet. have to get on the expressway pound it @ 70 to 80 for 5 to 10 miles or so. I have a shift brace in it shifes a ok. the clutch seems to be working the way it should will let you now if seafoam works. then do the other if that does not works........... thank you for your help Bernie

When you say you used full synthetic instead of DOT4 - By this are you meaning you put DOT5 in your clutch system?

no dot 5. change over to the synthetic by valvolin :oops:

let me revise my last statement you asked if I used dot5, :oops: :oops: had to go to the pole barn to see what i did use. No i did not use dot 5 i used dot 3 & 4 brake fluid Synthic by Valvoline.
