stock headlight wattage

Can anyone tell me what the wattage was or OEM headlight bulbs?

Also, does anyone hava used (but working 5 to 4 wiring harness (for a trailer) they wnna get rid of?

The standard is 55 watts.

I am running HID headlight and 100 watt in my highway lights. I have a 2013 F6B (1800). It is now bright enough for me. I have never liked the standard 55 watt bulbs. Before HID I used to do 100 watt or 60 or 75 watt units. Hard to find, but I did find them years back. Rarer now with the intro of HID and LED.

What does HID mean? I just got some 55W bulbs. Wud u recommend what u have? Where do I gettem?

Actually, the stock OEM headlight bulbs are 2 x 45/45w .


If you want more light without any modifications get a set of Sylvania Silverstars Ultras

The 1800s came with the 55/55w bulbs, but the 1500s came with the 45/45w ones
