Cruise Control Cable Routing

Postby Geddydino » Sat Aug 15, 2015 11:42 pm

Just got a 1989 1500, and was told that the Cruise Control cable fell inside the body. Nothing there, so I could use a little help, as to the direction to go, to find it.

The thing ends up on the left side of the bike just above where the reverse lever is if you have one. Pull some plastic and you should see it..follow it back up to the gauges??? There are some recent threads on adjusting the cable with pics go look at one of them...or look in the how to articles.
HAD LOTS OF GOLDWING 75-83
NOW INTO 1500'S..RIDING A 1998 SE

FAIR WINDS,
RB
