Ading CB Radio

Postby markfeather » Mon Aug 24, 2015 7:55 pm

Hey everyone, I am getting ready to pick up a 2007 wing with no CB. I have found the CB and antenna etc on line. Is this a simple plug and pray installation or is it a thing that needs to go to the dealer?

Also, any alternatives other than the factory radio's that work well with a head set?

Thanks.

Installing a CB on the wing is no big deal. Actually on the 06 and up Honda made it a lot easier.
^The inside of the trunk is marked where to drill for the antenna and also the trunk is marked where to drill the large hole to run the wires thru
On this picture on the left bottom of the trunk you can see where the hole is drilled so the wires can come thru. and the antenna wire is connected to the wire harnessThat is marked on the inside of the trunk

This picture shows where the connections are under the seat

This one shows the main connection
