Handle Bar Angle

Postby the draggin » Sat Sep 19, 2015 4:15 pm

Is there any manufacturer that makes a set of handle bars that have a different angle back. I'm not talking about the tilt at the triple tree clamps, I mean the angle from the horizontal line at the triple tree clamps. Can the stock bars be bent? I only need a couple of degrees at the grip end. This factory angle is a real pain in my wrists.

I am sure a set could be made up to match what you want and yes the OEM bars can be bent w/o damage if one knows what they are doing..

I hear ya! I have the same problem. I wonder if the bar covers will allow for a different angle.

Not really - but if you heated them up, you might convince them to comply. I haven't tried it, but there's always a first. :)

I don't think I will be the first to try. My Tulsa tall shield extends so far back that the grips are touching the shield at full turn now.
