cruise

Postby kybigmac » Sat Oct 17, 2015 7:40 pm

I was out riding today and pushed the cruise button and it wouldn't turn on, no light on the dash came on and it wouldn't set. I haven't checked it yet ,but figure it's a fuse . I'm going to check it tomorrow and thought someone here could tell me which one to check first. Planning on riding again tomorrow and want to speed up the fix.

Often one of the switches at the levers or brake are activated....disabling the cruise set...
Che k if your brake lights are on and listen to the clutch lever for the switch click when it's let off.

Well cruise started working again so I guess it's just a dirty switch .

Yes, it's more often a dirty switch than anything else.
