Anyone have one they can post. I have a 89 model repair manual, but wondering if the 92 has a different routing.
thanks, David

Here's the one from the '94 manual http://imgur.com/kQiT76R

The Goldwing's a little more complex than your Valks, huh? :P

Just got back home today. Started removing parts. Got the timing belts and trigger wheel installed. Down to the carbs. Decided to call it a night. Now to remove the carbs. Might have to buy a longer screw driver. Got a lot more stuff packed in there. Right now the plans are to remove the pair valves.

You will need a long JIS screw driver as well as long handled needle nose and long handled hose clamp pliers come in handy also. Harbor Freight carries a set that work just fine. I think I saw them at Lowes also. Good luck!

Already had the long pliers. Found a 20 inch #2 Phillips head screwdriver. Got a lot done today. Eating supper and will do just a little more.

Should be able to fire her up tomorrow. Got one more port to fix, install new plugs. Cross my fingers and see how she acts. I figure I will have to sync the carbs.

Alright got her done. Removed the pair valves. Only vacuum that is hooked up is cruise, petcock, and one line to the ecm. Removed the hot air system that pushes hot air to the breather. Plugged the air line that was feeding the pair system. Kept the air jet system. Installed new filter on it and new filter on cruise. Also did away with the cooling system feeding the carbs. Added 4 degree trigger wheel, new timing belts, K&N filter, new plugs. Still got to fix the cooler reserve tank. Can ride it till the parts get here. Also replaced both rubber boots on the carbs. Sync the carbs. Took her for a test ride. Runs great with more power. Now this is a trike so I could feel the difference. Real happy with the mods I did. Took way more time on the Goldwing verses the Valkyrie. Also removed the air shot system. Being I live down here in the south removing the coolant from the carbs wasn't a concern to me. Also running cooler and fan cuts on while idling now. Knowing how this system works, if I had to do another one it would be a little quicker. Was going the eliminate the coolant thru the intakes, but realized that the ecm sensor is run there. Bike cranks super fast and idles great. Will see what mpg I will get now. Had a guy ask me to do another guys bike. I don't think right now. Was a very good challenge doing this. But worth it. Few more things to do. Change out brake and clutch fluids.

Didn't take any pictures. Wasn'tI should have. Oh it happened, got plenty of cuts on my hands. Changed the brake and clutch fluids today. They were very dirty looking. Also took the starter switch apart and cleaned. Wasn't acting right.
