89 1500 new lower show chrome cowl rubs on radiator hose

replaced timing belts lower cowl cracked bought new cowl now can start all 3 bolts but rubs on radiator hose 89 1500 any help

I took a bit off mine with a dremel, others I know have done the same
If at first you don't succeed, hide the evidence.

Are you saying it rubs on the hose or the hose clips?

The middle section of mine (the solid piece above the bottom cowl) I could not fully seat into position because of a hose clip in the wrong position - loosened it off - turned it around and tightened it back up - all successful.
