Clutch switch may test good but is the electrical connection good? Most of the time it's simply loose or corroded connection causing the problem.

To test my theory disconnect the wires from the clutch switch and jump the two wires electrically, put the bike in gear, pull clutch in and try to start, (Be careful, the bike will try to roll forward if it works and you fail to pull clutch in) if it does start then the wires are not making a good connection on the clutch switch. If it still don't start then i'm of no help to you. :)

Good luck.

Does the bike have OEM or after-market levers?
What is the condition of the bushing in the lever?
After-market grips?
