Final drive dust cover loose

Had tire replaced last week and was cleaning rim and noticed final drive dust cover is not secured ,is there a quick fix or take it back where tire was replaced . 1989 1500

You should be able to press the cover back around the drive assembly. It is held at one location with a bolt but the rest is just pressed on.
