1996 Gl1500A aspencade When put in 1st gear, the clutch is pulled in, radio is on, When I let clutch out, the volume goes way down. can't hardly hear it. At the same time the neutral light flickers. Replaced clutch safety switch. Any idea?
But I bypassed the clutch safety switch every things works okay, but reverse does not work and the neutral lights stays on. Any idea?

You've got a bad ground on the radio. Take a look at the connector on the radio, and check the ground(s) - any solid green wires. Make sure they are in fact grounded. Check the grounds on the frame as well.
