Help with id of brackets- bike bought used from dealer

Post by flw » Sun Aug 15, 2010 11:48 pm

1998 GW SE

I bought the bike from a dealer who bought it from a dealer. So I have no idea what the brackets are for.

First one is mounted to the passenger handles on both sides. Most likely a drivers backrest so any suggestions on make and model of backrest? I like to buy the rest of the backrest but need the details on it.

The second mount is attached to both antenna mounts. I have totally no clue here.

Help, Dan

The bottom bracket is from a Wingleader Drag Specialties back rest. I think you'll find none of it is available anymore, except maybe used on Ebay.

The other is for arm rests. Probably these. But, the pieces you have are probably the least expensive part of either assembly. Better to buy all new, if you actually want to replace them.
