clutch fluid color new and used

What color should the clutch fluid be when new and as it ages/wears ? light amber, dark amber or something else...

shuold be clear when new then gets darker as it ages

Clutch fluid is brake fluid. It is clear when new. As it ages it will turn to amber getting darker as it ages. It can get a cloudy, milky color and the consistency of gravy if it is contaminated with moisture.
