Other than in OD, what RPM will you run up to, without shifting up?

I usually shift about the 3000 rpm range. You aren't going to hurt the bike by running all the way to redline. The Goldwing engines are tough enough to handle the higher rps and the 1500 has a rev limiter to prevent over revving. On my gl1000 I run it up to 8500 rpm all the time. Zoom Zoom!

After reading that top speed was only 102 on GL 1500 just had to see for myself. By running to redline in 2nd and 3rd it did see 100 in 4th with ease. Now I feel confident running to redline , well that is when the wife is not on back. Still pulling her claws from my back.
