Alternator rubbers

Postby offcenter » Mon Sep 05, 2016 7:00 pm

Can anyone tell me the best place to buy new alternator rubbers for my '99 GL-1500?
I'm hearing a rattling sound at idle. From my reading on this site,
I suspect the rubber cush drives are on their way out.
Who has the lowest price and lowest shipping on them?
I googled around, but could only find one place that had them and
their shipping was WAY too high.
Thanks guys.

I have REAL good luck with the folks over at www.cyclemax.com for most of my stuff for my bike. Never had a issue with crazy shipping costs like some eBay sellers do, and has always been fast delivery (most times faster than quoted)

Their rubbers kit is a dollar higher than the link above, but for me, with the customer service I have received there, it is worth it. I am NOT saying the people above are bad to deal with, as I never have, just that for me, I would go with Cyclemax.

Thank you VERY much, guys!
Cyclemax it is! $5 shipping.
Spiralout, tried Western Honda's page but kept getting a page load error when trying to find shipping costs.
Thanks for trying though!
New rubbers are on their way.

P.S. I wonder why these places don't come up when I do a google search?
Maybe I'm just not good at "googling". LOL!!

The great thing about Cyclemax is if you see it in their catalog it is in stock so it usually ships really quick.
